We ship with Correos Express and UPS, depending on the destination country. All packages include a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at any time.

Once your online purchase is confirmed, we will provide an estimated shipping date via email. Each piece is individually handcrafted in our Barcelona studio, so the preparation time is 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. If you need your piece by a specific date, please email us at hola@amcosjewels.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

All orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be processed the following business day. Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times may be affected by transport delays, customs procedures, or other external factors.

Studio pickup
