Exchange and Return Period
You have 15 days from receiving your order to request an exchange or return. To start the process, please email us at hola@amcosjewels.com, including your order number, and we will guide you through the next steps. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the piece must be in perfect condition and include its original packaging.

At AMCOS, each piece is handmade with special attention to detail. For this reason, slight variations may occur as part of the design and handcrafted finish, making each piece unique. These characteristics are not considered defects and do not constitute grounds for return. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.

Size or Item Exchanges
Product exchanges are free of charge, except for shipping costs. Once we receive the piece and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will approve the exchange. You will then receive an email with a link to pay for the shipping of the new piece.

If the new item is of a higher value, the difference will be added to the shipping payment. If it is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded at that time. Once payment has been completed, your new order will be prepared within 2–5 business days (excluding shipping time, which depends on the destination country).

Returns
To request a return, please contact us at hola@amcosjewels.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect the piece and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the product arrives damaged or the return is due to an error on the part of AMCOS, we will cover the return shipping costs. All claims must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. Refunds will always be issued to the same card used for the original purchase.

Non-returnable Items
According to Article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16 (Spanish Consumer Protection Law), items made to order or clearly customized according to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned.

Please note that AMCOS is not responsible for defects resulting from misuse, negligence, alterations, or aesthetic damage caused by normal wear or aging.
